Snow and Graduation
Today it has snowed on and off for the past few hours. I don't understand this city at all. I wish that it would be more predictable, but at the same time it is a trait that garners much attention in the media so for that I am happy for Calgarys unconventionalness. I also graduated this past weekend. It was so glorious to have the family out including my immediate family as well as some from Edmonton and some from Ontario. It was a good show of education achievements as well as a good sermon by Bill McAlpine. After the big show we all went out for dinner at a little Italian Restraunt called "Abruzzo". One of the best meals ever, some good accompanining drinks and excellent dessert. Then to the symphony with the family. The music blew my mind, I mean it was so good. Carl Orff's "Carmina Burana" as well as a new experimental piece. Solid overall. That was a few days ago, and these last few days I have spent chilling, have meals with friends, enjoying the joys of not being in school, and attempting to not be frustrated by my lack of job. I wish that I would get a job soon due to the restraints of my monetary funds, but I am enjoying this time off to sit and reflect and enjoy reading slowly and for myself. And now I will go and do just that, slowly read for my own benefit. Until next time.
