Its 2 days till the big youth conference and then for 4 days I will get no sleep and little amounts of alone time. But this whole year has been leading up to this point so it is gonna be rad. I have started to nap all the time for no other reason than I am tired and wishing that the whole world was a bed and I could sleep the whole time. This morning in Church History the prof, Eric deBruyn, gave us an option of having him go through the hand out that he had for us or for us to go and read the handout by ourselves. The class took the second choice and I promptly fell asleep while reading. So much for doing work. And now I am updating this when I could be sleeping or reading or a little bit of colum A and a bit of colom B. Well this is it. Do not be suprised to not hear from me for a couple days. And If you want to send me anything, my brother is comming out here tomorrow so get it to him pronto and make a poor college student feel good. Peace.

My brother, Daniel, wanted to know if I was going to update this soon. So here it is an update from the life of a poor college student. Tonight was "Beggars Feast" and as always it was quite good. I enjoyed the music and atmosphere and watching as Dan Haugan, previously of Kamloops, smile and grin as he played his guitar, which happens to be a Larrivee. After such things as "Beggars Feast" were done I headed back to the dorm with the full intention of going to bed early. I am mighty tired, and this is due to the fact that this morning I awoke at 6:00 and was out the door by 7:00. You must be asking why I would do such a thing to my poor and already tired body. The answer is a story:

One fine evening at around 1:00 AM The young amature photographer and bass player was summoned to the phone because he had a call. "Who could be calling me at this hour" thought Timothy. It was none other than Chris Wig, drummer and RA of Main Mens Third. Chris asks Timothy in the most polite manner regarding the matter of playing bass at a youth service early the next morning. Timothy replies with "I will get back to you in 5 mins.". Timothy then talks to trusted friend Ben McNab and trys to figure out if it will be alright to play. Timothy decides that it is alright and calls Mr.Wig back. At this point Chris Wig reminds Timothy that he has to be ready to go at 7:00 in the morning. This means that Timothy Needs to be up at 6:00 to be ready for the day. Timothy promptly heads to bed and sleeps right away. He is rudley awoken by the alarm warning him that if he does not get up then he will be late. Timothy gets up, has a shower, does the things that a body does to get rid of waste, shaves and puts on some "Church Clothes". He heads out the door ready for the day. The sun is just riseing and the sky is beautifal. Timothy proceeds to take a self portrait. He gets in the car and Chris drives Timothy and Jamie Chelgren to Humpty's where the youth pastor meets them for a breakfast on the church. The food was alright but Timothy is ready for some music. They arrive at the church and start setting up. Thankfully the youth pastor has already done most of the work. The "band" practices and it goes well. The students start to arrive Timothy takes a bathroom break. At this point it is perdinent to note that Jamie now walks into the mens bathroom for whatever reason. Timothy is washing his hands and sees her in the mirror and smiles. She quickly ducks out embarrsed beyond anything. Had she walked in 30 seconds earlier Timothy would still have been using the urinal, that would have been disturbing. Enough with the bathroom talk, seeing as this is a family rated journal, and so the band plays and it is good. We come back to the school, and by we I mean Chris and Timothy, and Timothy goes to bed for a nice nap. After the nap is lunch and it is turkey and stuffing and gravy and cranberry sauce. It is good and now Timothy is tired again, and he has a prayer counsellor meeting and then he takes a nap until dinner. And then dinner is bad, and there are open dorms and they are alright, and then there is "Beggars Feast". And that is the end of the day.

That is the story,
enjoy and write me a letter to tell me how much you like it. I am tired and need to sleep. Peace out yo.

I bought soy milk for the first time yesterday after only getting 4 hours of sleep due to the History paper that I had to write until early in the morning, which was not good for my body. It, the soy drink and not my history paper, is nice and creamy and has a rather sweet taste. I enjoyed it with cereal and as a drink. Wonderful stuff with lots of vitamins. Today for lunch we had chicken burgers and french fries. This is quite possibly one of my favorite lunches ever. They are just so good and yummy. Now I am off to work on a research proposal for sociology. It sould be fun and interesting, if you like that kind of thing. Its almost Youth Conference. Hurrah. Anyways off to homework. Bye Bye

Well, well, well. This is is the first little shindig in a week. It has been a week of reading doing things for Youth Conference and sleeping. I have been reading a book called, get ready for it: "The Golden Ass". This book is being read for a class called Magic Mystery and Ritual. It was a good book a little random, but since it was written in ancient Greece it has the right to be random. I saw the movie "Just Married" tonight and was entertaining. And Now I am tired seeing as it is 1:15 in the morning. Night friends. See you in the morning.
